Our Story
We are Philip and Kathy Shadwell, owners of One Fifty Fork and Coffee Creek Landing.
The Backstory
We moved to East Texas from the Dallas area over 20 years ago. Philip was an IT specialist and Kathy was a dental assistant when we first moved out here and in 2011 we purchased Coffee Creek Marina, which had been closed for several years and was in bad shape, and turned it into Coffee Creek Landing.
Born From A Need
Our marina has a lot to offer however being on SRA land on the lake keeps us from offering any permanent living. That’s how One Fifty Fork came about, deriving it’s name from being on Hyw 154 close to Lake Fork, here we can happily host full-time RVers.
